For All Gymnasts with the Dream of College Glory!

There will be Hands-On Spotting Training Available for Coaches for $100. If you bring a gymnast $75. Bring 2 for $50. Bring 3 for $25!

Spotting skills for hands-on training that we will be teaching during camp:

VAULT: Progression Training for Every Vault Entry Style, beginner flippers to high-level vaulters beginning layouts and twisting. Progression Training for All Vaults to maximize the power and speed of the vaults.

BARS: Single Bar Releases, High to Low / Low to High Releases, Double Back Dismounts, any secondary circling skills & Inbar skills with blinds.

BEAM: All flipping and Aerial skills along with dismounts.

FLOOR: We will be working with all Front and Back Tumbling Twisting Skills, double backs & fronts.

Equipment: NO INGROUND PITS! We have an air pit for Beam, Floor, Tumble Trak, and our Podium Vault!

We also have a Traveling Aerial Cabel Belt System for Bars which allows progressions for kids to play with big “Releases & Dismounts” without fear of getting injured!
